Yeah, I got a degree and I work in a call centre. Saying that, I have fuck-all work experience and am only really doing this shite job to make my CV looks less... baron. Next up, voluntary work at a Russian orphanage. After that, I'll apply for some kind of job that commands respect and actually pays well.

Proud of that as I am, I think I'll continue to omit that from my CV. If I ever have to regale my co-workers with an hilarious anecdote highlighting what a great guy I am, I'll have it to fall back on.

Handed in the essay yesterday, think it was decent; didn't even pull an all-nighter!

I could never work out how people let themselves get into the position when they had to stay up all night doing an essay. Generally speaking, if you're not proof reading it by the day before it's due, it'll be crap.

I just tend to need the pressure to force me to do something, as I'm quite lazy. I was still typing parts of my dissertation all through the night before the deadline, and it turned out very well.
Having said that, I paced myself quite well with this latest one - started typing it two weeks ago... was only up till 1am the night before, and that was just faffing around getting it printed.

If you've researched it, you'll be alright. Otherwise, you're completely and totally fucked.

Re: Elder Scrolls...
I haven't been to any of the seminars or read any of the books. I didn't have time because I was doing my dissertation. Luckily, I got an essay back the other day that I got a 2:1 for, so that might drag my final mark up.

Unlikely.
I got As for all my coursework and still only got a 2 (1). Saying that, I did have a few exams that were worth 100% of the course. We still had to do essays for them, though. It doesn't really matter seeing as HMV will hire you even if you have no degree at all.
