I think the rumours stemmed from some girl on a derbyshire radio station who was being interviewed at school and said something like her dad will be playing bloodstock with motorhead. People on the bloodstock boards are also saying there is a possibility of Down as well.

Are we? Not with any conviction I would have thought.The latest news I have is that there should be a big annoucement for bands on thursday/friday next week.One of the main reasons given for the lack of major bands being announced is that some of the bands they are talking to "are playing other U.K festivals and their management are tied into contracts that don't allow them to confirm for other festivals until after they've played" Or something.

Hopefully it would be Heaven and Hell. I'm going to see Motorhead supporting Alice Cooper in November. I'd like to have some hearing left by the end of the year!

Just booked by Ozzy ticket for the NIA yesterday. Then realised it falls on the first day of Bloodstock Open Air! Just hope nobody major confirms for that day now.
