HERETIC TO RECORD WITH PRODUCER RUSS RUSSELL

It has been confirmed that Heretic will be recording a 2 song album sampler with big name producer Russ Russell in September/ October of this year.
As you may or may not be aware, Russ Russell has produced and engineered Napalm Death's last 5 albums (since Enemy of The Music Business 2000). He has also produced works from big bands such as The Ga-Ga's, The Wildhearts, Dimmu Borgir, The Exploited and Sikth aswell as many more.

We are incredibly excited about this forthcoming project. We feel the sound he brings to the likes of Napalm Death and others will suit us very well, and create a very different Thrash sound, once combined with our new material....a very british, edgy and gritty sound.

Our plan is to record two tracks, first of all. They are new songs - 'SALTERGATE' and 'M.D.K.'

This will be an album sampler, to go off to every label and publisher under the sun, to see who would like to release a full length album with us. We will record a full length album, with Russ Russell, probably in the new year, even if no record label or publisher will be involved.
