It was from Terrorizer a few years ago. They did a little section called "Metallenglisch".
Over the years, as (mainly) German bands have proven, English to mainland european language has not necessarily married up correctly. Go back through any old issue of Metal Hammer from the 80's and there are some great examples of Metallenglisch in there.
