Seregon - Brutal, tight and totally awesome!!! First time seeing them, very impressed!!!
Evile -
Last time I saw them was at BOA, and I didn't think they could get any better, I was wrong... 3 new tracks aswell!!!! The best Evile show I've ever seen!!!!!

Onslaught - Well, it's fucking Onslaught!!! Massive set, loads of new stuff, loads of old stuff, incredible to hear and sooooooo loud!!!!! New bassist did a good job, it's a shame that Jim isn't playing with them anymore
My ears are ringing, my head hurts and my neck is wrecked!!!! 9.9999999999/10!!!!
Bloody well done to everyone!!!

Great nights entertainment!!! Good turn out (as expected) and great to see so many people putting their hands in their pockets to support the charity Pauls Place that were the beneficiaries of the show.
I only caught the last three songs of seregons set, as Jim and his partner had been at work, so by the time we had travelled down from his abode, it was about 8, however, they did seem very adept and comfortable with their lot and what i did hear was pretty good indeed, and after listening to the demo on the way back up here this afternoon, that view has been reinforced. They came across live as having a much more contempory style than they do on the demo, and in either situation they have a real density of sound and a solidness that really bodes well for the future! When they play birmingham soon, hopefully i will catch the whole set!
I have never seen Evile live before, so after all i'd heard, i was looking forward to their set very much and i have to say the doctors think i will be left with permanent scars where the sheets of skin were ripped from my face!!! The whole aura of their set took me back to being a teenager again. I used to see old school thrash metal played with this hunger and passion back then, and i can well imagine this being very like an early Slayer gig in 84 or something. The set was just pure old school thrash! The main difference however was the fact that in 83/84, thrash was embryonic, and the bands of the time were learning their craft and developing their playing ability, but Evile have bypassed that altogether and lacerated us all with music that was more proficient and acomplished than the early bands i mentioned could ever have hoped to be at this stage of their careers. Once agin, dig has had great forethought and signed a band that will lead the way in the next big musical explosion!
I was seriously worried that Onslaught were gonna be upstaged at their own launch party, as were others i was talking to, so when they took to the stage and started brutalizing as with "burn", i was relieved that this wasn't the case. The thing that really carried the band and ensured that they did come away with the honours is mainly down to 2 things : experience and Sy "Twisted jesus" Keeler! Even with such a protracted absence, the years of performing and captivating an audience paid dividends tonight. They had a class to them and like a rabid dog going for the kill, they sunk their musical teeth deep into the jugular and never relented until they had acomplished what they set out to do. The power behind these jaws is a frontman who truly knows his craft. The sight of sy with his arms outstretched in a bastardized mockery of the crucifixion sneering at the mass of writhing bodies old and young slamming beneath him will become iconic in the world of thrash in the coming year or so! His ability to reproduce the power live of his studio vocal performance is a skill that few in this field truly posses, and it will be what plants onslaught firmly among the higher echelons of this new rebirth of thrash across the globe!!!

excellent night all round! seregon opened with great intensity then evile took to the stage with what can only be described as a trip back to the 80's bay area scene and totally ripped the place apart - was a shame not many ppl were down the front for those guys cos they are very talented!
Onslaught fucked everyone up as usual and quite literally planted seeds in yate
great night, lets do it again!

Damn, are you a journalist? If not, you probably should be.
I'm going to
Tear your fuckin' eyes out,
Rip your fuckin' flesh off,
Beat you 'till you're just a fucking lifeless carcass,
Fuck you and your progress,
Watch me fucking regress,
You were made to take the fall,
Now you're nothing!!
