Quit my shit job after 4 years!

After working the most un-sociable hours ever invented for 4 years, I finally lost my rag with the place when they wouldn't give me this Thrusday off for a gig I've got with me band. So I quit.

Can someone lend me some money please!?! :cry:

I can't wait to quit my job in July. I told them I'd be leaving and they've already started panicking because they know they'll never get anyone to fill my shoes.

I can sympathise with the whole walking out of a job thing because i did it last year!! I was the manager at an organic meat wholesalers, and things were pretty shit in my life at the time, i had just split up with my galfriend, and was struggling to meet my financial commitments after seperating from my wife 2 years earlier (has anyone any idea how expensive it is to pay a mortgage and run a house by yourself??), still i reached the point where my head was gonna explode so i just lost it at work one day and walked out. I started selling my record collection on ebay while i found another job, and i now sell music as a part time occupation, along with being a postman, and 2 afternoons a week as a butcher still. I am not rich, but am just getting by, but i am happier now in my working life than ever, and dont regret leaving a shitty job at all!!! So mr goreb'stard, it could well be a blessing in disguise!!!!
