I love Duran Duran! Their first two albums (+ Arena) have been on my iPod for the past year straight.

Incidentally, I think everyone loved A View To A Kill seeing as it was Number 1 in the UK and Number 2 in the USA (Or th'other way round, I can't mind).

I might try and get myself Level 42 tickets for later in the year. My brother tried to get DD tickets a few years back and they had sold out ridiculously quickly.

I went through the 80s hating everything about electropop and bands like Duran Duran. Before getting into metal, I was firmly in the Adam and the Ants camp.
Although they're never going to be my favourite band, I've actually warmed to a few DD tracks over the years. In fact I quite like The Chauffeur, Rio, Girls on Film (especially the full length video), A View to a Kill and Planet Earth.

I'm from the generation of 'kids-whose-parents-listened-to-Duran-Duran-in-the-car'

Duran Duran are illegal in Cumbria.
