Because I probably did this whilst very intoxicated.

I've never checked out Accept, though I have meant to for years. Any good? They're not quite thrash, are they?

Never really felt Mekong Delta from casual listening. Thinking maybe a grower of a band. Anyway, I don't care how obvious or n00B-y it is, my fave is Kreator.

Accept don't really have anything to do with Thrash, they're great anyway.
I'd recommend checking out one of their early/mid 80's albums, Restless and Wild, Balls to the Wall or Metal Heart first.

For the sake of the vote, i'd say Kreator.

I saw them at Bloodstock (as well as Sodom) and they just fucking ruled.

But by personal preference, it's a dead heat between Artillery and Paradox.

Kreator i'd say, were slightly better, but only just, than sodom at Bloodstock.

yeah i was there and kreator and sodom where both awesome

but after their pretty amazing performance, maybe die apokalyptischen reiter deserve a mention? They put on a damn good show

all about Destruction, all other bands mentioned are certainly worthy of a place in the 'best german thrash bands list'... but they aint Destruction!

I hate the fact I was sat at home doing nothing last weekend while all you bastards were watching Kreator and Sodom....

My mate managed to win two free tickets to Bloodstock, but I had to go on fucking holiday to Germany instead. One of the massive lowlights of this year, as well as Bolt Thrower selling out just as I'd worked out how I was getting to Birmingham. But it's gotta be Kreator, even if the new stuff is a bit sucky the first 4 albums still shit on everything else.
