UK Thrash shirts?

Postby boovidge on Sun Jan 28, 2007 5:18 pm

How about producing some UK thrash shirts so we can represent when we eventually leave our PCs and venture out into the real world?

It could help to spread the word and get more people on the site

what do you mean.... this isn't real?

Yeah its a cool idea, but the artwork would have to be spot on! i'd really like another white T-shirt similar to the PR Toxic Choke shirt. lots of flurecent luminous colours everywhere!

Oh yeah, UK Thrash shirts would be cool :)

Maybe have the logo on the front and the address on the back with a bit of writing? Something like 'UK Thrash is back, baby!" :eyes:

I'd buy a shirt. Could wear it at gigs here in Chicago.

Yeah I'd buy a shirt as well.

However the shirts have gotta be good, I never buy band t shirts or anything if all it says on em is the band name or UK Thrash or whatever, but maybe thats just me.

I've always been up for getting UKT merch printed and out there, it's just the cost of getting it set up and shopping around for the best prices. Both me and James are at university, so neither of us have the time to run a mail-order store from old-skool style from our own bedrooms.

We'll definitely look into it though :)

There's no chance I'm buying one if it has a statement as gay as that on the back.

^ fair enough, but I dread to think what it would look like if we left the fashion design to you Martin!

I think it's a great idea, and a fund-raising gig is probably the best way forward :)
