The band, which has undergone major changes over the past 6 months since performing at the Full Thrash Assault festival in September, has recently been performing as a 3 piece, however they have always been on the lookout for a second guitarist since the departure of original member Daniel Whitehouse in order to complete their sound.
Says front man/guitarist Andy Phillips: "We are ecstatic to have Steve as part of the band. Bringing to us killer solos and harmonies, we welcome him with open arms!"
This augmentation of the line-up will see the band finally able to realise the true potential of their material, which incorporates many twin guitar harmonies and trade-offs, whilst also adding to the power, energy and excitement of their live shows with an extra member on the stage.
The band has been completely blown away by the speed at which Steve has learned the current live set, and he will make his debut live appearance with Hallowed Point as they set out for the first time as a 4-piece on Saturday 14th April at The Gasworks bar in Huddersfield.
HALLOWED POINT is:
Andy Phillips - Lead Vocals, Rhythm and Lead Guitar
Steve Pullan - Lead and Rhythm Guitar
Andrew Stirk - Bass and Backing Vocals
Dave Herbert - Drums

A rehearsal video of the band performing the new song "The Face of Death" has been posted on YouTube at this location.
2007 has so far been a good year for Hallowed Point, performing a number of gigs around Yorkshire supporting the likes of Evile, Headless Cross and Deadweight. The reaction to the band’s new live show has so far been excellent, and has seen them win over new fans at every show, adding to their ever-increasing fan base.
With a new additional lead guitarist to strengthen the line-up, plenty of new songs in the works and touring plans in the pipeline, including the possibility of a trip to Europe, 2007 looks set to be an excellent year for Hallowed Point. If they’re playing a gig near you, make sure you do not miss it!
