Rufus looks like another Raiden, who was shit. Abel looks like he might play like Ken and Ryu, but more of a free fighter than a martial artist. I think Mexican wrestlers are ace They should totally include Strong Bad as a secret character though C. Viper looks a bit like Vice or Cammy, I'm sure there's another one she reminds me of, but I can't think who. Probably an SNK character. Basically there are enough existing characters that she'd better be worth it. I don't see why we can't just have cammy back. I'd be interested to see what the new boss Seth looks like. I think they should have kept a couple of the non-SF2 characters in, like Sakura, Yun and Yang or Gouken. It's nice to see that Balrog actually looks like a good character now. Also, Chun Li's still hot and Vega still looks badass. Awesome! Oh, and Lev's right, Blanka fits the new game. the fact that his hai'rs extra pointy and he's extra bright just adds to that lovely nostalgic 80s feel
