Can I just make the point that Rust in Peace calm out in the 90s. Anyway, Dark Weasel's choice is the right one (Hook in Mouth).

Metallica - Jump in the Fire
Slayer - Necrophobic's a nice choice but Altar of Sacrifice gets m vote (especially if you allow two tracks and let it follow into Jesus Saves)
Anthrax - A.I.R is, I think, a great introduction. Or else Skeletons or Indians.

As for the plus one, I'd say Exodus - absolutely anything from BBB.

I would still have to say Piranha, it is my all time favourite Exodus track. The lyrics, the riffs the whole deal i just love it.
