My friend Dylan was saying the word to describe how big a person is.
"Whoa, her boobs are blench!"
"Arnold Schwarzenegger is blench!"
I liked the word so much that I started using it for everything. It got to the point that my friends and I were so used to the word that we could say:
"Hey, blench me that blench"
And we would amazingly know what the other person was talking about.
I have many other made up/stupid words that I use, that one just caught on the most I guess.

According to that blench you can also say "uba blench". That's pretty blench.

I find the words 'clourpe' and 'flourne' much funnier though they both are fairly indefinable, depending on how immature I'm being.
