I think the problem was more that certain members treated all threads as general chat and couldn't restrict their idiocy to one section of the forum. It did make some threads a real chore to wade through looking for useful comments.

Yeah, that was bad. But now it's been utterly scrapped, there's a hole. It's weird because there's been a degree of idiocy on this forum since I joined and now it's all gone. I miss idiocy. Where's my idiocy!?

The thing is we haven't "utterly scrapped" anything, the general reforms just scared certain people off. I think it turned out for the better personally.

I have to admit, I enjoy this forum a lot more now. Seeing as I'm not in your little inner circle, it was always a pain in the arse to look through a topic and see it had ended up as a load of inside jokes. Made it kinda pointless to bother posting.

Admitedly I do miss some of e madess but hell - if someone wants madness on the internet the they just need to go on 4Chan or something. I love this forum, it rules.
