Rik, I think your missing the point. What that guy did was unacceptable, he fucking beat the shit out a 15 year old GIRL. It's not like he was being a bit rough putting the handcuffs on...

To be honest, the only really harsh bit was punching her in the head when she was being held down. Had he not done that, I think he could just about get away with his claim that he did not use excessive force. I'm sure he would have done the exact thing if it was a 15-year-old boy and there probably wouldn't be half the fuss. Furthermore, we have no idea what she could have been saying or what the circumstances of her arrest were. Still, I'm not sure he'll be able to brag about beating up a 15-year-old girl to his mates...

So you don't consider running into her, punching her in the face, slamming her against the wall and throwing her to ground to be a tad harsh? When all she did was kick off her shoes at his legs? Whatever she was saying, it can't of justified that sort of response, surely.
