On the ladies front, I am meeting one next week and the other at 'some other time' (basically, if the first one doesn't work out). I don't know why it took almost two weeks to speak to either of them but once I spoke to one, got in touch with the other. Back on track...

Just do what I did when I started to lose control of myself: take any number you can't afford to text whilst pissed off your phone. Saying that, your ex would probably kick off about you not texting her back if you did do that so faking your own death and re-emerging as a Moroccan dentist may be more to your liking.
