Lol. That film actually does sound quite brilliant indeed. I love a good bit of racism every now and again.

What the hell was that?! A big webby mess of halves of stories stuck together with Spiderman as some sort of emotional trainwreck, big fringe, black eyeliner, confusing and hilarious jazz dancing and tears streaming from his face every 5 minutes.

Good battle scenes, Venom was pretty good, apart from that - disappointing.

This film was always going to suck. Spiderman 1 and 2 were shit. I can't think of one good Marvel comic film. X-Men was the best but that was still weak. I can't believe that so many people here actually gave it any hope at all. And while we're on the subject, Star War is the biggest shite con ever!

This is England looks good though. Waiting til it come tomy local. Also want to see Fast Food Nation when I get the chance.

If you bad mouth the originals i will literally punch the eyes out the back of your head.

Best comic to film conversion is Hellboy and anyone who bad mouths either the film or the comics can expect a similar fate to Mr Caps.... just with my dick instead of a fist.

Well as usual another comic book film that causes such split reviews.

Being that i grew up watching the animated show in the 90's and collecting the comics for years, i have though the 1st and 2nd one were true to the books and good. This one i enjoyed but i feel they could of done alot better and had Venom set up but saved him for a 4th film.
Anyways i do hope they get around to making a Thor movie, preferable a cross between original and Ultimate Thor.

Oh on foreign films the Russians are pretty good, check out Night watch, Night watch 2: Day watch and the original Solyaris (George Clooney one was naff).

Roight here we go!

Spiderman 3 was good, but not that great. It was gay and annoying when he turned into an emo kid. But quite sad when the boy died at the end. Sandman was unnecessary and Venom should've been much, much better. But on the whole, I was still entertained for the duration and I enjoyed it.

Spiderman 2 was amazing.

Star Wars is amazing apart from episode 1 and 2, gay rubbish. 3 is amazing although the acting is hilarious. The original things are the boys.

Superman Returns is amazing.

X-Men 2 was fucking brilliant. The first one was ok, the 3rd one was reasonable.

Batman Begins is the best comic book movie of all.

Hellboy was quite hilarious and I can't remember thinking it was that great, but it was stil quite good. I still look forward to number 2.

I also enjoy V For Vendetta, Sin City and 300.

Lovely.

Judge Dredd is hilairous and fun but also horribly shit.

Superman Returns amazing? Did we watch the same movie, it was fucking boring is what it was. Woo i am superman watch me fly around for all of 2 minutes then comes all the boring shit for 98% of the film then ohh i am flying again, total wank.

Dredd was fun if only for the ABC robot that was an impressive prop.

Batman Begins was actually good.

X-Men films were average except the third which was a total piece of crap and just made for the sake of it.

Hellboy is the most accurate comic conversion so far, if you don't count Abe Sapian's magic psychic powers and Kroenen being some sort of super ninja. Because apparently a fish man and a clockwork Nazi aren't enough to hold a audience's interest these days.

300 would have been amazing if it lost the fantasy elements, Sin City is a godly film and i have not and probably will not watch V for Vendetta.
