I had such an amazing time!
Positives (and sadly some negatives):
+ Met Tankard, Cloven Hoof and Piledriver (lol what a beast!!) Got some lovely signed posters from Tankard and Cloven Hoof (the cheesiest poster in existence).
+ Hanging out with Piledriver and Razor backstage on the last night!
Btw I don't think Razor will be coming to the UK any time soon (nor Piledriver), because Razor are incredibly expensive to get over here... one of the members is under probation!
+ Plodman nearly getting in to a fight with the Razor drummer
+ Getting on stage with Paradox and headbanging with about 10 other people, they really are AWESOME live.
+ Tankard drummer asking me to ask doctor death if he can borrow their drum kit in London! haha!
+ Angel Witch seemed to pull in a huge amount of people and my voice was certainly hoarse after singing YOU'RE AN ANGEL WITCH for ages. Tank did a really good set too.
+ Tankard were so good, I was literally kicked in the face!

- my whole fucking camping rucksack being stolen on the first proper day of the festival, containing my flat keys, driving licence, phone and all my clothes ( favourite band t shirts all gone). extremely disappointing to think that there were people who would do that in amongst all the friendly metalheads at such a tiny festival.
- Raaaaain.It rained so much that every single car had to be towed out with a tractor at the end! luckily there was enough shelter for all, unlike at Wacken.

Aside from that I had a lovely time hanging out with Jamie, Mike and Dave at the fest/in Hamburg! Everyone else needs to come next year!!

we just got back and we had an amazing time katze covered it , it realy fucking sucked that katze bag got stolen how fucking gash that some looser felt he had to go steal from his own kind of people.

met loads of fucking cool people, had some crazy times like going on a boat ride with enforcer and neil tubrin from first album anthrax. many thanks to enorcer super cool guys.

I hope you got back to your flat ok Cat! Had a great time,ofcourse except for the bloody rain all the time. So amazing to see Tank, Angel witch,Cloven Hoof, Helstar, Q5, Portrait, Tysondog, Manilla Road all in one weekend!! Got lost in france at 11 p.m on the way back...but it was all ok in the end. The funniest part was olof from enforcer passing out in the the doctor death guy's tent. Overall was good Now looking forward to the amazing line up at KIT 13.....thankfully it's inside so it doesn't matter if it rains.

Such a fucking well decento festival malarkay. Now to see tankies again in sept!

Right! Here's EXACTLY wot happened:
Not more than 10minutes after Razor finished their bludgeoning set, Plodman, who was good and soused and gallivanting about the dressing room area, asked me if there was any chance I could get him in to meet Razor.
"Sure, no problem, best buds of mine, follow me"... I curtailed my hashish-joint preparational activities, and in we went.
After getting over the initial rush of being in the presence of the dour demi-gods, he proceeds to drunkenly point out who in the room was in Razor... stopping at bassist Adam Carlo...
Plodman: "Waitaminnit, YOU're not in Razor"...
Adam Carlo: "Um, yes, I think I am".
Plodman: "No you ain't, I've never seen you in the pics"
Adam Carlo: "Whatever"
Pildriver: "Sure he is, he's the one in the hoodie in every pic!"
Plodman: "You don't belong 'ere, this is RAZOR's dressing room", and proceeds to cuff Adam in the side of the head with a backhand.
Adam Carlo: "THat's IT!!! You are OUTTA here!" jumping up and slamming Plodman past me, thru the curtain'd doorway, thru a bar table and out of the room.
Plodman: "Ufff... wot?"

Advice? Don't insult a man who is still full of stage adrenalin unless you wish to be ousted with great force and disgust.
You were actually quite lucky, Plodman... Adam is not known to let up until his foe is unconscious and bleeding... lucky he was shagged from the jetlag, actually...

In the end, Plodman came back, made his apologies, and was only looked at slightly sideways from that point on.
