The Conan ost is boss, i love it.
I think it goes without saying that i love the 1986 Transformers soundtrack. It is the album that got me into metal.
The Terminator, The Last Emperor, Star Wars (Obviously). There are loads of really good scores and soundtracks out there.

Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

I always think those songs and sounds in movie only sounds great [or better] with those pictures,
when you play it in your sound system without those pictures those people those scene
those sounds is dull,
I have few soundtrack
all of them have the same feeling for me
maybe kill bill vol.1 is the most interesting one

BK you really need to get the 1986 TF one, it is beyond amazing!

Re: Fav Film Scores?
Anything that involves John Williams or Martin Scorsese is good.
My favourite is probably The Deer Hunter (th'other John Williams).

Mainly for the Lion title track. I believe it was Doug Aldrich (currently Whitesnake) that did the guitar for it.

I love the whole album, but that track is a gem.
What a album, what a sodding album.

Aye T1 and T2's scores are amazing, I love the synth style used in the first one a lot. Transformers soundtrack is awesome too, and obviously John Williams' scores. Theres a lot of great ones out there.

A few that come to mind are Oldboy, Amelie, Azumi, Isabella and Goodbye Lenin.

I've not actually seen the film but the soundtrack is done by Yann Tiersen who I think is great. He also did the Amelie soundtrack.

The Vangelis soundtrack for Blade runner was pretty cool (chariots of fire is cheesy as fuck though). And the man/woman that did the music for Tron and Clockwork Orange did some good 80-s synthy stuff.
Best soundtracks are usually from Italian films (All the Morricone ones for the Spagetti Westerns, or the Goblin ones for the Argento films.), or the Exorcist or Shining soundtracks.

Anything Howard Shore and John Williams get there hands on. Elfman has his moments aswell.
