Any of you lot heard Armour? It's some Glam/Hair Metal style band from assorted Black Metal folks (Satanic Warmaster, Goatmoon, other such grimsters), and it's actually pretty good!

I checked and it was only 3 gutarists (one was guitar/vocals) on the first album.
