Has anyone seen this. I just found out about it the other day on 4oD. Its a comedy written by Chris Morris (legend) and some other guy and Its the most bizzare style of comedy i think i've ever seen. Julian Barret is one of the main characters in it and from what i've seen Noel Fielding makes an appearence too. It's about a guy called Nathan Barley that has a strange website called trashbat.co.ck and a guy called Dan Ashcroft who works for a magazine called Sugar ape.

It's fuckin weird!

I watched it when it was first on TV, i really like it and the other guy who co-wrote it is another "legend" in the form of Charlie Brooker who does a brilliant show called Screen wipe.

Plus Richard Ayoade and Rhys Thomas are in it also...but sadly as Trashbat went down http://www.tvgohome.com/ is pretty good

Yeah, I has it on DVD, it gets a slagging from Morris die hards who see it as a bit of a fuck up, but they're just fannies. It was well brown.

yeah always been a fan of Barley, especially when I was living in Shoreditch bout 5mins from Hoxton square! Its surprising how many "idiots" there really are there! Many a time did we answer our flat buzzer with "Sugar ape? Dan ASSSSHHHHCRROOOOFFFT" etc.

Trashbat is:
A night down the pub with your mates and it's fucking mental. A move from the pub to the club for some awesome sounds.

I like it. They're meant to be doing a second series, but I've not heard about it for ages. Apparently morris didn't want dan ascroft to live with barley, but brooker did or something and shit wen t down and all that. Jackson.
