The worst thing is, when you go to the hospital for something like that, they treat you like the biggest cunt in the world, because they think you're some sort of thug. For the record I punched the guy because he called my friend a nigger (he's black).

In that situation, I would have laughed instead of defending my friend.

i broke my hand when i was 18, after seeing the red mist after a guy started on me in the local pub. I remember him hitting me, so i hit him back, numerous times, and afterwards, we both sat in A & E together contemplating how stupid we had been. I broke 2 knuckles and a bone in the back of my hand. I still have a lump where the bone didnt set straight, and because of this, i cant straighten out that finger. Doesnt show up to well on the pics!!

Last night was the worst, I've never wanted to punch someone so bad in my life. I was working at the pub and this party had been in all day getting pissed for about 8 hours straight - they were proper middle class, middle aged stoner types who think they're still down with the kids and they were acting like complete arseholes. I refused to serve most of them because they were getting too drunk/abusive and this bald cunt with sticky-out ears was like "shall we go outside to the par cark (sic) and sort this out then mate?". FUCK, it was so hard to stop myself lunging over the bar and biting him in the nose.

You should have just provoked him and then beaten him up. It's always OK to kick the shit out of someone if they start it.

I would have got fired.
