Don't get me wrong, i am in no way saying you can't all like it. It was the comments about motorhead that got me riled. I can't say what i did about Opeth because i have actually taken the time to listen to them and for their type of metal i am sure they are as important as Motorhead.

Just gets my back up that Motorhead are not more recognised as a one of the big movers and shakers of the way back when. FFS they only won a grammy with a cover.

Opeth won't do a black metal album. Mikey loves the prog too much. Maybe he'll do a black metal side project. That'll be fine as long as it's not Opeth. It'd probably still be amazing though, Akerfeldt is God.

I know Opeth won't. But Mikael will do it as a solo album, and it will be black metal. It will be out one or two years later.
