Floods

Anyone else been affected by the flooding?

Oxford has nearly been cut off....real hassle getting to work.
When I got to work they sent me by taxi to London to bring one train to Didcot, then I had to get another taxi back to Oxford...absolute shit.
All the rail lines are blocked, but they still want to send us all over the country to work one fucking train. 9 hours at work and I do just one hour driving!

Anyway...rant over....hope the recent flooding hasn't affected you all too much.

Did anyone hear about Richard Hammond (Top Gear) running home after his car got stuck in the floods??

My aunt lives near there and they were stranded for a day or 2, the local village hall had to be used for emergency shelter after so many cars got stranded out in the country lanes :?

but it's loverly and sunny down in Weston
