From their myspace 17/11/07:

TOXIK has been making arrangements to get back to work on the ALL NEW material underway. Plans are set for recording sessions in Syracuse NY for early December. 2 tracks are already recorded (basic tracks) and the guys will be getting back to work shortly!

We thank all of you who have shown us continuous and undying enthusiasm and support all these years and especially through the reunion and setbacks we've encountered!! TOXIK is still alive and well!!!

Displeased Records will release a new DVD from recently reunited progressive thrashers TOXIK in December. Entitled "Dynamo Open Air 1988", the set will include the group's performance at the Dynamo Open Air festival in Eindhoven, Holland on May 23, 1988 as well as the band's concert at the Dynamo club in Eindhoven that took place two days earlier. A DVD+CD combo will also be made available in a limited run of 2,000 copies.

"Dynamo Open Air 1988" DVD track listing:

oh Toxik....
really back to life? oh god......
but what style will they play?
still progressive thrash?

I love their debut but can't get the 2nd album, too prog for me.

I just hope them play some Good technical thrash,
but I don't hope too much, more hopes more disappoint,

just like Iron Angel,
I'm so glad they said they are BACK,
but after I got their new demo mcd
I just hope them never get a deal..........
fucking shitty dated Pantera-ish groove metal
I want the OLD Iron Angel not this crap...

EDIT:
just go to their official site after leave this post,
and found they say they finally decided to disband Iron Angel again,
oh, thats good!
no new release from this crap angel, they can still die with honor

I believe that Think This is badass. I have not yet had the pleasure of World Circus. I would love to see them live. Covering Victim of Changes. Oh, yes. You can chuck that in the good thrash covers (it's on their myspace).
"And what about the churches and all their wealth
There's an unseen fortune under their belts
Are golden temples a symbol of God's way
This horde of wealth is a sickening display"

I do love the tracks 'Shotgun Logic' and 'Spontaneous' though
