Reanimator 24th Feb - Death metal with Nailed and Condemned

Postby Reanimator Luke on Tue Feb 12, 2008 5:30 pm

Can't see a lot of you guys being up for this one but if you fancy a dose of killer death metal you could do a lot worse than get to this in a couple of weeks:

This ones a Sunday, so we might decide to open the doors a little earlier to make things easier for anyone getting public transport - watch this space.

We have some rather amusing stories about Walking Corpse's vocalist.

Mainly him crying.

I'll have to ask Stu about this gig later. He was in Neandertahl. You probably know that though don't you?

Oh fuck, for some reason I thought it was yesterday, hence me not being able to ask Stu what happened. :wall:

I hope some people turn up tonight, the last two nights have been...sparse...lets say, and it's a right fucker playing to no cunt, as I'm sure many of the bands on this forum know only too well!! To be fair, we were up against Megadeth in Manchester last night so there was really only one outcome there.

If not for me, then think of poor Condemned, all the way from Belfast!! They play dead fast too if that's what you like. Apparently they are quite popular over there.

Sorry for begging.

I'm ill too!

Playing to no one is what Battlewitch do best in the South West. We amuse ourselves on stage. :).

Whilst there was virtually no fucker at this gig, I'd like to say that I really appreciated every band on the bill. This kind of gig is exactly what I like, and it's a shame for the bands to play to just a handful of people when they deserve bigger audiences.

Although it was a shame hardly anyone turned up, it was still the best out of the three we did this weekend! So thanks to those who did.

A special mention goes out to the £3.25 burger and pint meal deal. A truly splendid deal.
