Do we need a new one? What's wrong with the old Bloodkrishna?

Probably not, but it'd be an enjoyable double act.

My opinion, for what its worth, is that it isnt about how brutal death metal should be, but if its any good. I have a lot of death metal, some melodic, some slow, some very very brutal etc etc etc. What sets certain bands apart is how good the songwriting and execution is across the styles. For instance, The debut Heavenwood and nighfall albums are very slow and pretty melodic and i love em, yet the same could be said about paradise lost, and they bore the tits off me. Trauma and desecration however are very very brutal, and are similarly brilliant, yet there are a plethora of brutal death metal bands who are just uninspired and no fun to listen too. I also have to point out that i think that production plays a big part in the heavier end of the scale too.
