This gentlemen got QI onto DVD by getting 1800 signatures, and I'd like the same for Shooting Stars. It's daftly good, and it's only on VHS. How mad's that? - Better than Big Night Out and all that, I say, and they're on DVD. Madness.

So yeah, go on. You'd love to have Shooting Stars on DVD.

While we are on the subject, what other shows have so far been criminally neglected from a dvd release? I am just waiting for the day when someone finally gets round to releasing some or all of the late 80s show "spender" (with jimmy nail). Cant believe that with all the crap dvd sets in zavvi that no-one has released this yet!!! Also shoestring would be great too, although thats never going to happen ive heard due to the fact that he was a local radio DJ (as well as a private detective) and due to the amount of different songs actually heard on the programme, the royalties that would be due make it not viable. It hasnt even had a full release on VHS!!!!

Time Trumpet! That was amazing, another slice of Armando Iannucci genius. It took ages for The Armando Iannucci Shows to come out on DVD though I think, so hopefully Time Trumpet will come out eventually.

EDIT: I just checked play.com and how about that, it's finally coming out on April 27th. After nearly three years since it was on TV, bloody hell almighty.

The only show I currently crave a UK DVD release for is Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
