Snow.

Fucking snow. I've had to make a two-hour round-trip to work for sod all. Apparantly my boss didn't have my number to call, and even though the college is closed for students/teachers, I didn't realise support staff were off as well. Bugger. Ah well. Day off!

Yeah it's crazy how everyone goes mental when there's a bit of snow. I can't get to work. My mum is home cause she's a teacher, they had Ofsted today which has been cancelled til further notice, she has worked her arse off the last week to sort stuff out for and then they just cancel it, terrible.

Weeeeeeee! The snow's too thick for me to drive in, the buses aren't running, there's a 2 hour wait on cabs, so I can't get in to work, hooray! Might go in later if the pub gets busy and they need me, at the moment no one knows if it'll stay dead all day or people will go on a quest through the thick snow to get to the pub because they aren't doing anything else today.

This is hilarious, England's so rubbish! Haha.

I hope travel is possible tomorrow, my class is meant to be going to the British Museum to look at Anglo-Saxon coins! :( On the other hand, it would get me out of doing the Latin homework...

I live way out in the country and it looks like we have about a foot or so of snow outside. I still have to get to work somehow, though. I'm half expecting to have to phone in saying that the buses are off.

It's nice and sunny here, not a single flake of snow in sight.

My sister and a load of her mates made a gigantic snowman in the field behind our house, then left it.

BIG MISTAKE! About half an hour later, a pack of boys came charging along and flying kicked it to death. I had a great view from my window, it was hilarious. Such a totally fruitless "boy" thing to do. After disintegrating the torso ball, they then attempted to roll away the massive abdomen, but got bored after about 20 metres, so it's now lying mud-covered and dejected at the edge of the field.
