Hi all,
I am just getting into thrash and seem to be liking the German Scene.
I am looking to start a collection of CD's and was wonder what some of you guys might reccomend?
Here is what I have bought so far:
Darkness - Death Squad
Iron Angel - Hellish Crossfire
Deathrow - Satan's Gift
Holy Moses - Finished with the Dogs
Vendetta - Brain Damage
Exumer - Possessed by Fire
German Thrash

Yes, your list was a great help, just having trouble tracking some of those down. I have a couple on order from the list you gave me.

I would assume he's fairly familiar with Kreator, Sodom and Destruction already, judging by his pursuit of the obscurer bands?

Your right, I am familiar with Kreator, Sodom, Destruction. These are the bands that sparked my interest in German Thrash.
Looking for stuff other than them, like the lesser known bands. I realize some of these will probably be very hard to find and out of print, but its always fun to be on the look out for stuff.

If you can find a copy, you gotta get the first ANGEL DUST album. It is just about the best german thrash album ever. Seriously!!!
