I voted Individual Thought Patterns but both Focus and Spheres are amazing albums.

Yes, all listed albums are awesome, but I prefer Focus.
And yeah, Spheres is such a great album, I don't know why others don't like it. ''Personal Energy'' is such a great song!

I'll have to go with ITP, although it was really close with Focus, such a good album. Elements and Spheres are amazing aswell but in the end I have to stick with Death.

Another great album from '93 is The Erosion of Sanity by Gorguts, if you like a bit of death metal I'd highly recommend checking this one out.

Erosion of Sanity is absolutely GOD, but I like Obscura much more, though it's from another Gorguts-Era.
