Cuba's ailing leader Fidel Castro has said he will not accept another term as president, ending 49 years in power

I don't see what difference it makes, his bro has been in charge for months, it will probably stay much the same. Fidel is just another leader.

no i wouldnt say Fidel is just a leader. He's an icon. He's the only leader most of the population has ever known. But i agree that not too much will change in the near future.

"Fidel" is actually a Spanish bastardization of "Fizzle" - his street name.

Fizzle Castro in da house.
