As Shug said, it is Iced Earth's tour so they are to blame for lack of UK date.

Two bands I like but wouldn't be bothered about missing anyway. Perhaps Euroscepticism is better known on t'other side of the pond that we think and bands not playing the UK is some kind of crude punishment.

There's your answer. Looks like the Icies are doing their own euro thing, finishing up with the H&H tour, hopefully then to go back and re-release Something Wicked Part two before coming back for a full UK tour sometime next year.
But seeing as Mr Schaffer seems to loathe playing in England, then I do wonder. I still haven't forgiven him for cancelling their 2004 show at The Fiddler. Bad back was it, eh John? Couldn't tour for at least twelve months, hmmm? Would make sure you came back to fulfil all the cancelled dates before playing anywhere else?
Six months later and they started a fully fledged US tour.
Schaffer: A cock.
The band: Fanbloodytastic.

Annihilator are shit now anyway.

Agreed.

Not as shit as iced earth.

Unagreed.

Yeh you're probably right - in fact completely right.

Jeff's probably got his finger up someone's arse though. True, the last album was balls but they still play good stuff.

I actually really enjoyed Annihilator when they supported Trivium this year. Not very often i go to gigs just to see the support act but it was well worth it. Obviously not as good as when i saw them support Priest on the Painkiller tour but good nonetheless. It was also good to have Trivium completely justify my thinking that they are complete toss
