I guess i should attempt to play more than come to the sabbath and the 12 other riffs i know at some point.... i am just soooooo lazy.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

As long as I have my Dream Theater and Liquid Tension Experiment albums I don't think I could ever lose interest in the guitar. John Petrucci is one of the few guitarists who really get me excited about playing.

I think it was Dave Murray from Maiden that made me start, but the picture of Hetfield headbanging with the flying v on the master of puppets sleeve made me want to play thrash.

Yeah, keep in mind this was before I really knew what thrash was. I just saw the picture and thought 'That's what I want to do'
I seem to recall someone i'm thinking maybe Hetfield himself was inspired by a picture of Joe Perry.

well ive liked judas priest since i was 4 years old and everytime i heard those flanged solos i orgasmed and i just really wanted to do that, i was training 6 hours a day before to become a professional tennis player and then, i only gave up recently and decided i wanted to be a musician,

when i was little i loved nwobhm like angel witch and raven and motorhead n stuff, it was only natural that i got into thrash later
