Re: New Peep Show
Whilst I'm sure I'll probably reach 35 whilst still unmarried, I can't see many men ever being that desperate to get married.

Not bad, not too bad.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Re: New Peep Show
For me that was a perfect end to the season. Wrapped up Jez's guiltless getting away with everything spree and brought in a twist with the pregnancy which kinda brought everything back to normal, except it's not normal, its beautifully odd and twisted like peep show should be!

Re: New Peep Show
I'm going to need to watch it again, even though it is one of the most tortuous episodes ever - I can't get to grips with what I thought of it. Even for Peep Show, it was SOOOO awkward, and not always in a funny way. I kind of wish some things had gone further, like Mark sorting things out with Dobby properly. I suppose there is always the next series though.

This is true.
Until around two years ago I was of the opinion that I wouldn't made my 24th birthday. Whilst there's still an outside chance that I won't, I've stopped dwelling on it as much. It's probably the fact that I'll be 22 in a couple of months and don't really feel like I'm going to die despite being a complete drunk.

A few years back I got appendicitis. I thought the pain was my liver failing and I gave up drinking for about 2 days.
My plan is to cut down on the booze when I reach 25, which means I've got less than a year to cram in as much alcohol as I can...
Us pissheads, we're a dying breed.... literally.

It'll never happen.
Livers are pretty resilient and regenerate fairly quickly. The only thing that worries me is that I end up drinking for the next 30 years and ruin my brain when I come off it. I'd rather be a drunk than a recovering alcoholic with Ozzy Osbourne-like motor skills.
BTW: See in Jeremy's interview... why does the guy in the cult get to muse?

Re: New Peep Show
I think the degeneration of my brain has already begun. I'm sure I used to be cleverer than I am now.
See, a few years ago I'd have said "I'm sure I used to be more intelligent than I am now".

Well, alcohol fucks your brain pretty badly. I only notice it when I'm sobering up from a big night. My English just goes to shit and my word order becomes completely illogical.

Yeah I get that. Sometimes words just don't work. Maybe I'll cut down for a month and see if I become clever and aware again...
