This website's fucking stupid though. If they had actually watched the programme and listened to anything in it, Scientology was not accused of anything at all. They didn't call it a cult - the merely said that that's what it has been called at the past and is a very sensitive subject among scientologists. They just showed what happens when you try and investigate their so-called religion. And of course, they weren't able to get any proper answers anyway due to the madness of the Scientology big-wigs. I hate twats and idiots, I really do. If they really wanted to clear up the 'truth' about their 'religion' you'd think they'd let people investigate them so that everyone could know once and for all what it's about, wouldn't you?

That Panorama Exposed video has various bits of film that you don't see on the actual BBC show, such as extra bits of interview with the celebrities.
John Sweeney asks them all about Xenu, volcanoes and so on, and they all laugh it off and deny it! Tommy the Archcunt is sitting in the room throughout, asking Sweeney why he keeps asking the same silly questions to each person and "making a fool of himself".
I think the actions of the Scientologists themselves are the biggest proof that it is not a normal religion! As Sweeney says at one point, "Would the Church of England behave like this?" - no legitimate religion would send black-clothed agents to follow around documentary makers, it's a joke!

Yeah, I was amazed to see them openly denying the Xenu story. Usually they just avoid the question entirely, but I suppose with celebrities it's important to the church that they appear at least slightly sane.
*edit* THIS is completely fucked up, and makes me want to put on my stompin' boots and do some stompin'.

i found the panorama show very entertaining, probably the most interesting panorma i've seen in a while, shame its only 30 minutes these days. I still find the clip of sweeney going mental funny, its not the shouting itself, its where he looses his voice after the shouting and weakly gasps out "do you understand?". The following round of the bbc camera crew was creepy, i haven't watched the scientology version of events yet but i will do soon, i'm sure i'll be amused by it.
