I love this album. Way back in the thread someone, I think was Atom, talked about youthful exuberance and i think that hits the nail on the head. It's the sort of rebellious spirit and energy that I find so attractive in thrash/metal. I find a lot of the thrash bands are far too pre-occupied by death and bizzarre fantasy in their lyrics, where as the idea of living life to its fullest, as presented here, is far more appealing. To me anyway.
I went for Whiplash as a result, it just sums that spirit up for me, although I absolutely love No Remorse as well. Possibly my favourite intro to any song, just jumping into a solo straight away, very cool. And I think it is a cool solo, dynamically as well as technically.
I also much prefer this album to Bonded by Blood. It's the vocals on BBB that put me off a bit, but I also prefer KEA's songs. Personal preference I'm afraid.
