Fucking good night! Not keen on CF's newer stuff, but was ace when they played necromantical screams and the morbid tales stuff!
Pit towards the end of Kreator was intense aswell.. gotta check out watain's material - good show!

I ain't a huge black metal fan, but they were impressive. Although they must of been disappointed at the fact they spent so long dressing up to look grim, only to find that they have time for about 3 songs....

Well I don't have any of their albums yet, so I'll get the earlier stuff first if it's there

Just got in from the wolverhampton gig. Frost were just amazing!!! The show, the performance and the choice of songs. They were very intense and even the newer stuff went down well. Kreator were never going to follow CFs awesome performance. They were adequate but not exceptional, and as has alreadt been said here, their choice of set list was a bit suspect. Good that both bands had really clear sound too! CF 9 1/2, Kreator 6.

Same actually, haven't listened to any Kreator for a long time - Pleasure to Kill is the only one I keep going back to, but lots of other stuff has got in the way.

I'm sure it will still be crushing to see em live though!

I only ever listen to PTK too. I think it's because when i want to listen to non-bay-style thrash i always go to Dark Angel or Morbid Saint and overlook lots of other bands including Kreator.

Completely agree with this review. Of the support bands, Legion of the Damned were pedestrian and generic as hell, and Watain were disappointing - even though the sound was powerful, they played well, and their stage set looked good, there was something lacking.

They only sold the latest Watain at Rios (Sworn to the Dark).
If you're after the older CDs best of luck. It took me an eternity to get hold of a copy of Casus Luciferi which is fekkin good. They played I am the Earth off it at Bradford and it was cracking.

Loved CF but was that leathered by the end of it that I went for a curry instead of watching Kreator.
Saw them on the Extreme Aggression tour anyhoo.
