chesterfield are ridiculously hard to manage because they never have any money. you should be able to do alright in league 2 though?

Yeah, I got promoted, but I couldn't handle League 1. I just got pissed off all the time because I was constantly mid-table, not winning anything.

My most notable FM game was a masterful handling of West Ham of FM07 - getting into the fourth Champions League spot in my first season, then managing to win the Champions League and Premiership double in my second season.

Granted that was with Mascherano and Tevez, but it was still pretty good going considering I was West Ham :lol:

I cant play football managers anymore....
Basically coz I played Championship Manager until there was no more room for more data on my harddrive.
I played Doncaster, Gravesend and a bunch of other 3rd division teams and won pretty much anything there was to win.

I remember I took Berwick Rangers to Champions League glory in Championship Manager 02. Always found it better working a small team up to legendary status rather than starting with a big team with loads of money.
