Mark's by far the best. He just taps perfectly into the thought processes of a nerd. His over-rationalisation, chronic alienation and contempt for anyone even remotely happy... lets just say it speaks to me.

Anyway, Peepshow is great, amazing how they portray a human thought pattern, its so real yet they somehow manage to find the humor in it and make it exceptionally funny. Genius.

Finished the first series. I didn't realise how much I'd already seen... ie all of it.
It's very good, and a class above most other shit out there. I love the lift bit from the second episode.

Time to move onto the second series.

The second series is even better, it's got that amazing episode with the hippy man ("I just couldn't believe I had this... instrument") which is the best episode in the world ever ("Surely I'm not about to sing to her..."... "It's like watching porn... except I can't see anything, and I want to cry." I could go on with the amazing quotes from this episode). And then the third series will make you not believe your face. It ends with the best line you could ever believe. I can't wait for series 4, bloody good lord!

Just watched the Hippy one. The bit at the end where mark pushes sophie's face so so can't see he's reading her e-mails is clearly the best.

Oh yes indeed, I forgot about how amazing that is! That is partly the reason of course why this episode is so amazing. "Escape, escape!!" But yes, that is the golden moment when he pushes her face away.

I like this program a lot more than I thought...

I had series 1 and 2 on order from play.com a year or so ago, but they were delayed so I cancelled them to stop me getting everything else I ordered delayed and never reordered. Oh well.

I'm gonna see if I can record off NTL onto the DVD writer and make my own DVDs.... probably not though.
