Just saying that we're on UKThrash, there's no other genres on here really so. I don't know how bands who play other stuff could get on the bill but I was just thinking it would be nice for the thrash community to help do our bit.

No I know what you mean, it's a nice idea, I guess my/our point was that it might be worth widening the span of genres to increase the potential amount of punters, thus getting more money and joy for the Snooty Fox; not that thrash is rubbish, just that it might narrow down your audience if it's just a pure thrash bill. But I guess if there's enough quality on the line-up, it should still bring the people in. I just personally think for all day events like this, especially ones that are some sort of fundrasier, it's worth having a bit more of a varied line-up. Therefore the thrash community can still do their bit, whilst allowing others to also do their bits. If you see what I am saying.

Then again, if there are going to be lots of other fund raising shows with different musical enjoyments, a thrash day wouldn't hurt.

Yeah yeah I get what you're saying, I think it's a great idea to include lots of genres. What I'm saying is, to my knowledge this isn't like the official save the snooty fox show, I dunno. I just asked malc if we could put a fundraiser on and he was delighted, I figured lots of people would put on gigs, cause lets face it maybe 1 gig is not enough to save it. Also I don't know many other bands from other genres who are interested since I only go on UKThrash and since I'm apart of this community, I figured the community could get together once more.

Also Gaz is setting this shit up as well and he said he has plans for headliners and acts who are playing this Thrash bill. All planned.

There's been a bit of talk lately about Let 'Em Bürn doing a couple of gigs later in the year. This might be an excuse to get us motivated... I'll ring the chaps.
