I would probably have to say Robot Wars was better than Gladiators, before it started to suck.

the best ever robot wars was on phoenix nights,that celebrations tin on wheels cracked me up.

not to say i didnt enjoy the actual show,its another one of those so bad its good t.v kinda programmes with yet another drug user.my fave bit was when the tekkies that built them with their kid over however many months got obliterated in the first round.
