What's up with Napalm Death?
Nothing in comparison with most of those bands there, but as you asked, i have to say, I think they lost a lot of credibility when they decided to stop playing music that influenced others, and started being influenced by those they had influenced!!
I disagree. During the mid 90s Napalm Death seemed to lose the plot a little bit and it was bands like Nasum which spurned them on to make proper grind music again. If anything I think that it shows just how humble they are. I also think the last four albums are the best thing they've produced thus far in their career.

Thats probably the difference in opinion then. I got into napalm death at the time they recorded the tracks for "Scum", and saw the vast change in style that came a couple of years after, whereas you knew them first when they were a mediocre death metal band!!
