Tickets still available I think. Playing the big arenas so it's quite expensive (about £35).

a week after hard rock hell and 2 days after Heaven & Hell....

I'd like to do Hard Rock Hell but Alice's NEC show falls on the Saturday so I can't go, much as I'd love to see Sabbat and Twisted Sister again. Plus the Heaven and Hell show is on the 13th and I really can't be arsed with all that travelling.

Went to see him with my wife at the NEC 10 or so years ago. It was shit!! The support band the almighty were far far better. I was expecting all this great dramatic show, but entering the stage by jumping through a paper hoop and mauling a couple of little girls tiny tears dolls didnt really get me enthused

Alice himself though seems to be a fine individual, and he was good in waynes world and the prince of darkness films, and the few interviews i have seen of him, he seems a decent sort of chap.

Alice's stage shows became very stripped down and dull affairs toward the late 90s and early '00s when he started on his nu-metal thing. The last tour he was back to his best with the dancing girls, killer chihuahuas and guillotine executions etc.

I love the 80's stuff, especially the "Trash" album(you do know about the Bon Jovi connection I take it) let's be honest, have a few drinks and put "Poison" on,Fantastic!.And I wake up to his breakfast show on Planet Rock every morning(ten past six!,that's what you get for working for a living) but I can't be arsed to go and see him,too many gigs coming up this winter already.

You've got to admit, Vinnie Moore's presence on the album really made it fucking fantastic!

Very true but it's Steve Vai's contributions I remember it for more.

alice is f'king superb; seen him about 4 times since 2000 (the brutally live DVD show at hammersmith was the first i saw) and he's never disappointed. bring back ryan roxie! him and eric dover together were one of the best guitar line-ups i've seen live.

and go to hell is one of the finest songs ever.

How is anything about Kane Roberts gay?

He'd snap your neck like a twig if you even so much as eyeballed him.

That's a nice guitar too.
