The way I understand it,ebay only take stuff down if they receive a complaint about something.The problem is,apparently,loads of goons in germany with nothing better to do than moan about things that might have any "nazi" link,no matter how spurious.There was an article in Terrorizer about it a few months ago I think.
So essentially,you're stuff might get dropped,or it might not,there's no definate answer.
