After hearing 'More Than Meets The Eye', i expected a lot form these songs but very few of them lived up to those expectations. I feel let down

Yeh. After hearing it I pretty much just thought 'whatever man'.

More Than Meets The Eye, Leave Me Forever and one other song (I forget which one) were the only tracks that I really dug. No wonder Testament put up MTMTE first, its seemingly the best song on the album.

Christ, you lot are hard to please!
First, the new Exodus album appears to general apathy and "Meh".
Next, the new Death Angel comes out to whinges of "boring and pedestrian"
Now, most of the Testament album gets leaked so far the response is so negative it's unbelievable.

Maybe it's just me being stupidly easy to please but I really like all of the above and don't find any of them anything other than very good albums. Exodus have hit their stride with Dukes, Death Angel have released their best album since Frolic and the new Testament stuff sounds like a cross between their early material with healthy does of The Gathering. And, to me anyway, that's a very good thing.

Cant wait for this album.I herd a few pre-mix's in jan and they sounded killer.The new Death angel lp is a bit boring compered to "the art of " IMO.Lazz rockit and Helstar's new albums should be class tho, june me thinks.
