Okay, Jim has not been able to fully comit to the band recently because he has worked very hard during the time after onslaught and has forged himself a very good but demanding career, which in reality is always going to bring home the bacon more than the band will, in addition he has been renovating his new house, had a coulpe of recent bereavements and his partner also had to spend time in hospital recently after a sporting accident. In view of all this, jim has decided that AT PRESENT he can not commit to the band at the level they require at this point of their carreer, so his place has been filled by Jeff Williams, who used to play with Nige Rockett in power junkies, and who is not only a superb bass player and able to commit himself to the level required, but is a very nice chap. The fact is there is no animosity, no-one has been asked to leave the band and everything is fine. Jim will still have some sort of input into the band in the future, this may just be by contributing to the writing only but that isn't a decision that has been made yet. As anyone who was at the gig on saturday will have seen, jim is still very close friends with all of the band, including Jeff, and as things stand at present, Jeff is the bass player with Onslaught. Incedentally, Jeff is actually the guy who did the album layout design for killing peace!!
