Who are the UKThrash Admin Team?
The Admin Team consist of Craig Watson and James Ashbey, co-admins of the website. If you would like to contact either of us, send a Private Message via the forums, or email admin-team@ukthrash.co.uk.
Who has responsibility for shipping the order?
This rests solely with the bands. Once you receive a PayPal order confirmation email, it is then up to the band in question to process and ship your order.
Who should I contact if there is a problem?
If there is a technical problem with the store, please either send a Private Message to Craig via the forum or email him at craig@cwatson.org.
If you have a question or problem with an order or a specific item, please contact the band reponsible - either via the PM or email links at the top of the band's item pages.
Who has responsibility for item listings and setting prices?
Ultimately the band in question has control over the item listing's content, although the Admin Team can also edit this information. Prices are always set by the band, and are inclusive of VAT and all postage costs.
Are payment methods other than PayPal accepted?
No, however PayPal can handle credit/debit card payments, and you can transfer funds from any linked bank account into your PayPal account.
